COMMUNITY ALLIANCE AGAINST FAMILY ABUSE
ARIZONA COALITION AGAINST DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Our mission: To lead, to advocate, to educate, to collaborate, to prevent and end sexual and domestic violence in Arizona. This is done by uniting concerned citizens and professionals to increase public awareness about the issue of domestic violence, enhance the safety and services for domestic violence victims and survivors, and reduce domestic violence in Arizona Families.
The Support, Education, Empowerment & DirectionS (SEEDs) program is a transitional housing project of the National Advocacy & Training Network. The program is a community-based, safe, sober living environment committed to the physical, mental, and emotional healing of women whose lives have been affected by substance abuse and violence. Women participating in the SEEDs program receive advocacy and support to include assessment, goal planning, ongoing case management and transition planning utilizing the Arizona self-sufficiency matrix, and relevant best practice tools.
